Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
How to Return:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RAN.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
